Prawn chilly



Ingredients :
  • Prawns - 400gm (Cleaned)
  • Lemon juice - 1 big lemon
  • salt - as per taste
  • egg white - 1 egg
  • chilli powder - as per taste
  • garlic paste - 1tsp
  • coriander leaves - little cut
  • corn flour - 2-3 tbsp based on consistency
  • maida - 1tbsp
  • red food color optional
  • curry leaves - few
  • oil for deep frying
Method

  • Add salt and lemon juice to the prawns and mix well and allow it to rest fopr 5 mins
  • Add the remaining ingredients except oil and mix well and allow it to rest for 15-30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prawns.
