Ingredients :
- Prawns - 400gm (Cleaned)
- Lemon juice - 1 big lemon
- salt - as per taste
- egg white - 1 egg
- chilli powder - as per taste
- garlic paste - 1tsp
- coriander leaves - little cut
- corn flour - 2-3 tbsp based on consistency
- maida - 1tbsp
- red food color optional
- curry leaves - few
- oil for deep frying
- Add salt and lemon juice to the prawns and mix well and allow it to rest fopr 5 mins
- Add the remaining ingredients except oil and mix well and allow it to rest for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prawns.
