Ingredients:
- Kane fish - 6nos
- Ghee - 1tbsp
- oil - 2tbsp
- curry leaves
- tamarind juice - as per taste
- salt - as per taste
- Onion - 2 medium sized (sliced and fried in oil )
- chilli powder - 2tsp ( I use everest tikalal)
- garlic - 6-7 cloves
- grated coconut - 2.5 tbsp ( after frying onion , add coconut and remove from flame)
- heat oil & ghee in a wide vessel.
- add curry leaves.
- then add the grinded masala, and half cupwater, cover the lid and cook it.
- Then add tamarind juice, salt and water as required for the curry consistency and close the lid.cook till oil and ghee separates on the surface.
- Add the fishes slowly one by one and close the lid.Cook for 5 min on low flame and serve with ragi ball and rice.
