Grinded paste 1:
- Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
- red chillies - 2
- cinnamon - small piece
- clove - 2
- cardamom -1
- garlic - 5 cloves
- coriander seeds - 1/2tbsp
- jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Grinded paste 2:
- onion - 1 small one sliced
- tomato - 1/2 tomato sliced
- ginger - little
- coriander leaves - little
- mint leaves - little
other ingredients
oil - 4tbsp
chicken - 250 gm
haldi powder
chilli powder - as per taste
salt - as per taste
Procedure
- Heat oil in a kadai/ thick bottomed vessel.
- Add grinded paste 2 and fry for some time.
- Add haldi powder and chilli powder.
- Add grinded paste 1 and fry for some time.
- Then add salt.
- Add chicken and fry for 2 min and add water, close the lid,Cook till chicken is cooked.
- Based on the consistency required you can add water.
