Chicken pepper fry

It is traditional chicken fry which can be prepared easily.

Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • salt - as per taste
  • black pepper powder - 1tsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp

Method
  • Heat oil in thick kadai.
  • Add chicken and fry for some time.add salt to ti and mix and close the lid and allow the chicken to get cooked.after every 5mins keep mixing.
  • After adding salt the chichken will start leaving out water and it gets cooked.
  • Once chicken is cooked and the water is evapourated, sprinkle chilli powder and mix and close the lid.After 5 min sprinkle pepper powder and fry for 2-3 min and serve
