Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- salt - as per taste
- black pepper powder - 1tsp
- oil - 4 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in thick kadai.
- Add chicken and fry for some time.add salt to ti and mix and close the lid and allow the chicken to get cooked.after every 5mins keep mixing.
- After adding salt the chichken will start leaving out water and it gets cooked.
- Once chicken is cooked and the water is evapourated, sprinkle chilli powder and mix and close the lid.After 5 min sprinkle pepper powder and fry for 2-3 min and serve
