Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- egg white - 1 (optional)
- Red food color - as required (optional)
- salt - as per taste
- black pepper powder - 1tsp
- corn flour - 3-4tbsp
For marination grind to a paste
- mint leaves - little
- coriander leaves - little
- chilli powder - 1tbsp
- garlic cloves - 12 cloves
- ginger - 1 small piece ( 25% of garlic quantity)
- green chillies - 2
- oil for deep fry
Method
- Mix the grinded paste and all the ingredients except egg white(optional to use)
- allow the chichken to rest for atleast 1 hour.You can keep in the refrigerator also.
- Heat oil in kadai and once oil hot enough to make kababs, Mix the egg white(optional to use) to the marinated chicken and deep fry.
- Serve hot kababs.
