Chicken Kabab

This is traditional recipe from my mom and aunts.

Ingredients
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • egg white - 1 (optional)
  • Red food color - as required (optional)
  • salt - as per taste
  • black pepper powder - 1tsp
  • corn flour - 3-4tbsp 
For marination grind to a paste
  • mint leaves - little
  • coriander leaves - little
  • chilli powder - 1tbsp
  • garlic cloves - 12 cloves
  • ginger - 1 small piece ( 25% of garlic quantity)
  • green chillies - 2
other
  • oil for deep fry
Method
  • Mix the grinded paste and all the ingredients except egg white(optional to use)
  • allow the chichken to rest for atleast 1 hour.You can keep in the refrigerator also.
  • Heat oil in kadai and once oil hot enough to make kababs, Mix the egg white(optional to use) to the marinated chicken and deep fry.
  • Serve hot kababs.
