Tomato Pasta


Ingredients
  • Boiled Pasta - 1 cup  ( I use delmonte Spirali)

  • Tomato puree - 1/2 cup (Use tomatoes which are not sour. boil the tomatoes in hot water and remove the skin and grind)
  • Amul fresh cream - 2-3tbsp
  • tomato - 1 ( burn on the flame and remove inside pulp and cut into pieces)
  • mixed herbs - as per taste (oregano,red chilly flakes)
  • salt - as per taste
  • butter/oil/olive oil - 2tbsp
  • Garlic clove - 5 nos (Cut into small pieces)
  • Onion - 1 small sliced
  • black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Capsicum sliced ( optiional)


Method



  • Heat butter/oil in a kadai or pan.Add onion and fry for 2 mins.
  • Then add tomato (which is burnt and cut as mentioned above) and fry till tomato is soft
  • add tomato puree and fry for 2 mins
  • Add salt,mixed herbs and mix.
  • Next add Fresh cream and mix.If required add hot water little to it get sauce consistensy.
  • Then add boiled pasta and mix for 2-3 mins and switch of the flame.
  • Serve hot pasta:)
