Ingredients
- Seer fish slices - 4 nos
- salt
- lemon - 1
- chiroti rava - 2 tbsp ( finest small rava)
For the marination
- rice flour - 1tbsp
- dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
- chilli powder (preferably use red colored powder ) - 1 tsp ( as per taste)
- salt - as per taste
- garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- corianderleaves - optinal ( you can grind along with garlic cloves)
- turmeric - 1 pinch
- Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice of 1.5 lemon
Method
- Wash the fish slices well and remove water.
- sprinkle salt and also squeeze lemon juice on each side of the fish and keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients under marination in a bowl like a paste.If required u can add very little water.
- Marinate the fish with the paste slowly and evenly.
- Keep in refrigerator ( not freezer) for 2-3 hours.
- Evenly sprinkle the chiroti rava on one side of the fish slice.
- Heat a tawa, sprinkle oil and place the fish slice (chiroti rava side should be placed on the tawa).again sprinkle rava on the other slice . turn the fish and sprinkle the oil and shollow fry on very low flame.
Try the same with pan fry. Just put few drops of oil on pan and place fish pieces. Sprinkle oil. Turn it after 5min with medium flame. Fry other side also for 5mins. It taste very good....
