Gobi Crispy

It is a starter .It can be prepared for evening snacks along with tea/coffee.

Ingredients:

Ingredient
quantity
Gobi florets
1 medium gobi
Corn flour
6 tbsp
Maida
3 tbsp
Gram flour
1.5 tbsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Chilli powder
As per taste
Red color
1 pinch (optional)
salt
As per taste
Curry leaves
few
Crushed pepper and jeera powder
1 tsp

Method:

  1. Put gobi florets in hot water with salt for 5min  and remove
  2. Mix all above together by adding very little water over it andkeep in fridge for an hour
  3. Heat oil in the kadai and deep fry in oil and serve.



Note: Above quantity of cornflour and maida depends on how much gobi u take, it should be always in the ratio of 2:1
