It is a starter .It can be prepared for evening snacks along with tea/coffee.

Method:
- Put gobi florets in hot water with salt for 5min and remove
- Mix all above together by adding very little water over it andkeep in fridge for an hour
- Heat oil in the kadai and deep fry in oil and serve.
Note: Above quantity of cornflour and maida depends on how much gobi u take, it should be always in the ratio of 2:1
