Pepper biscuits
Ingredients
- Maida - 1 cup
- hot oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - as per taste
- Pepper powder - 2tsp ( should be coarse powder)
- oil for deep frying
Method
- Mix maida, salt, pepper powder in a bowl.
- Add hot oil(2tbsp) and water and mix it like chapathi dough.
- Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
- rollr dough into small circles ( like chapathis ) and using a knife cut into diamond shaped pieces.(You can also cut into any shape of your choice)
- Heat oil in kadai and deep fry the cut biscuits.
- Store it in air tight containers.It can be stored for a week.
