Pepper biscuits

Ingredients
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • hot oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - 2tsp ( should be coarse powder)
  • oil for deep frying
Method
  • Mix maida, salt, pepper powder in a bowl.
  • Add hot oil(2tbsp) and water and mix it like chapathi dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  • rollr dough into small circles ( like chapathis ) and using a knife cut into diamond shaped pieces.(You can also cut into any shape of your choice)
  • Heat oil in kadai and deep fry the cut biscuits.
  • Store it in air tight containers.It can be stored for a week.
