Kane fish Rava fry

After trying out different recipes for fish fry, this recipe of fish rava fry was appreciated by everyone at home :)

Ingredients
  • Kane fish - 4 nos
  • salt
  • Lemon juice of 1 big lemon
  • chiroti rava - 2 tbsp ( finest small rava)
For the marination
  • Corn flour - 1tbsp
  • Red chillies and garlic paste
 ( Red chillies  - 5 , Garlic cloves - 8-10 cloves,corianderleaves.
   Boil the red chillies in water for 5-8 mins.Grind it along with garlic and coriander leaves to fine paste)
  • salt - as per taste
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Method
  • Wash the fish slices well and remove water.
  • sprinkle salt and also squeeze lemon juice on each side of the fish and keep aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "For marination" in a bowl  like a paste.
  • Marinate the fish with the paste slowly and evenly.
  • Keep in refrigerator ( not freezer) for 2-3 hours.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chiroti rava on one side of the fish .
  • Heat a tawa, sprinkle oil and place the fish (chiroti rava side should be placed on the tawa).again sprinkle rava on the other slice . turn the fish and sprinkle the oil and shollow fry on very low flame.
