Ingredients
- Kane fish - 4 nos
- salt
- Lemon juice of 1 big lemon
- chiroti rava - 2 tbsp ( finest small rava)
- Corn flour - 1tbsp
- Red chillies and garlic paste
Boil the red chillies in water for 5-8 mins.Grind it along with garlic and coriander leaves to fine paste)
- salt - as per taste
- turmeric - 1 pinch
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Method
- Wash the fish slices well and remove water.
- sprinkle salt and also squeeze lemon juice on each side of the fish and keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "For marination" in a bowl like a paste.
- Marinate the fish with the paste slowly and evenly.
- Keep in refrigerator ( not freezer) for 2-3 hours.
- Evenly sprinkle the chiroti rava on one side of the fish .
- Heat a tawa, sprinkle oil and place the fish (chiroti rava side should be placed on the tawa).again sprinkle rava on the other slice . turn the fish and sprinkle the oil and shollow fry on very low flame.
