Ingredients
for 2 cups soup
- Chicken pieces - 4-5 pieces with bones
- onion - 2 pieces
- Water - 3.5 cups
- Mint leaves - few
- dhaniya seeds - 1/2tsp
- garlic - 5 cloves
- ginger - 1 small piece
- Black peppercorns - 6
- salt - as per taste
- Black pepper powder - as per taste
Method
- Except salt and pepper powder , put all the ingredients in a bowl and cook on medium flame till the water reduces to 2 cups.
- Strain the water and season the water with salt and black pepper powder and serve.
- If required you can also remove bones from the chicken pieces and serve.
