Clear Chicken soup

This soup is good for kids , especially when they have cold or cough.

Ingredients
for 2 cups soup
  • Chicken pieces - 4-5 pieces with bones
  • onion - 2 pieces
  • Water - 3.5 cups
  • Mint leaves - few
  • dhaniya seeds - 1/2tsp
  • garlic - 5 cloves

  • ginger - 1 small piece
  • Black peppercorns - 6

  • salt - as per taste
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
Method

  • Except salt and pepper powder , put all the ingredients in a bowl and cook on medium flame till the water reduces to 2 cups.
  • Strain the water and season the water with salt and black pepper powder and serve.
  • If required you can also remove bones from the chicken pieces and serve.
