It is healthy snack for kids as no maida used and can be easily prepared in less time for snacks.
Ingredients:
- wheat chapathi - 1
- amul cheese spread - as required (you get also flavoured ones, I use plain amul cheese spread
- mixed herbs - optional , as per taste ( oregano,thyme, red chilli flakes)
- butter
- tomato, onion, capsicum - as required ,cut into small pieces
- salt - as per taste
Method
- Fry the veggies in butter and keep aside .Add salt while frying the veggies.
- Spread the cheese evenly on the chapathi using a knife.
- put the fried veggies on the chapthi
- Sprinkle little salt, pepper powder , mixed herbs on the chapathi.
- cut the chapathi into triangle pieces and serve.
