Egg Burji
Ingredients
- coriander leaves - little
- pepper powder - as per taste
- onion - 1 medium ( cut into small pieces)
- green chilly - 2 ( cut into small pieces)
Method
- add onion and fry till onions,green chilly are transparent.
- Lower the flame, break egg and pour it on top of onion. Sprinkle turmeric,dhaniya powder, salt and mix everything immediately.Keep mixing for 2 mins.
- Do not increase the flame.
- Add coriander leaves and sprinkle pepper powder and mix.Switch off the flame.
- Serve it hot along with chapathi, bread roast or garlic bread.
