Egg Burji

Ingredients
  • Eggs - 2
  • coriander leaves - little
  • salt- as per taste
  • pepper powder - as per taste
  • dhaniya powder- 1//4 tsp
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • onion - 1 medium ( cut into small pieces)
  • green chilly - 2 ( cut into small pieces) 
  • oil - 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan,
  • add onion and fry till onions,green chilly are transparent.
  • Lower the flame, break egg and pour it on top of onion. Sprinkle turmeric,dhaniya powder, salt and mix everything immediately.Keep mixing for 2 mins.
  • Do not increase the flame.
  • Add coriander leaves and sprinkle pepper powder and mix.Switch off the flame.
  • Serve it hot along with chapathi, bread roast  or garlic bread.
